Sir,
I beg most respectfully to state that I am a student of class 4 in your school. My father is a govt officer. He was recently transferred from Noakhali to Dhaka. My family will move there soon. So, I need a transfer certificate to admit there.

May I therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly enough to issue me a transfer certificate and oblige thereby.
